Location Information – When you activate or use certain Cheerble Products, we may process approximate location information (for example, your country or region inferred from your IP address) only when necessary to provide the requested features or comply with local requirements.Cheerble does not use third-party Wi-Fi or Bluetooth sensor networks to track your location. If any feature requires more precise location information in the future, we will clearly inform you and rely on your device’s operating system permissions, and you can disable such access at any time via your device settings.
Device Information - When you activate the Cheerble product, request after-sales service, or upgrade the firmware, you may provide us with information about your Cheerble device, including the model and serial number. Our after-sales team may request that you provide device data so that they can provide the service you have requested.
Technical Information - When you access our mobile application, you may provide us with technical information about the device on which the application is running. This information includes your IP address or device address, device type, the hardware version and operating system you were using before or after using the product or service.
We use information we collect through Cheerble Products and Services in a variety of ways in providing the Cheerble Products and Services and operating our business. The use of information that we collect includes the following:
To operate and provide features of the Cheerble Products and Services, to verify and manage Cheerble user accounts, to provide services and information that you request, and to process and deliver entries and rewards in connection with promotions that may be offered from time to time by Cheerble. If you receive commercial emails or text messages from us, you can unsubscribe at any time by following the instructions in the email or text message. You can also choose to no longer receive our commercial emails or text messages, or object to being profiled, by sending your request to support@cheerble.com via email.

Cheerble Products and Services are intended for use by adults and are not directed to children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect or process personal information from children under 16.If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 16 without verifiable parental consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete such information as soon as practicable.
We use certain physical, organizational, and technical safeguards that are designed to improve the integrity and security of information that we collect and maintain. Your information collected by Cheerble may be transferred to and accessed by Cheerble entities and business partners globally to provide Cheerble Products and Services to you. If you choose to use Cheerble Products and Services from the European Economic Area (EEA), then Cheerble GmbH in Germany is the data controller, and we may transfer your personal data outside of EEA for storage and processing. You should be aware that the local laws in non-EEA countries may provide less protection than the laws applicable in the EEA. We nonetheless provide the same level of protection as specified in this Policy, regardless of the location of processing.
